The setup is composed by one PERFITECH 2000, all-in-one version for hot and cold processing, using the extra exchange surface from the bottom driven reactor jacket. The system includes process technologies such as direct steam injection, vaccum, high shear homogeneizer, powder disperser system among other key tools. When hot processing, a PERFITHERM scraped surface heat exchanger can be used to cool down the product inline for shorter process times. The system provides a high capacity production rate for both hot and cold process demands, on a small footprint, where all the media and ingredient are managed automatically. A high end compact and versatile solution, made to handle most of the food products, even with particles or high viscosity.

The cooking process is performed by heating jacket and/or direct steam infusion. The system receives the puree from the processing zone, heating up and feeding the filling line. After production, the product is recovered in full using a PIG system, scraping the pipe and pushing the product to the filling buffer. The skid is delivered CIP ready, to work combined with the customer setup. A smart and efficient solution with a small footprint for delicate products. The PFTM10 is second smallest model and provides 1.0 m2 of exchange surface. It will be used for a heating application with fruit preparations. The PERFITHERM range goes from 0.5m2 to 7.0m2 and can be used on most of the applications with or without product pieces, performing a gentle handling and low pressure drops on a very small footprint. The vacuum processing system with aroma collecting/recovering will be producing concentrate food ingredients. The cooling unit composed by a PERFITHERM Scraped Surface Heat Exchanger and Aseptic Buffer Tank will serve a production line for concentrate sauces, where a PERFICOOKER cooking and reduction unit are already installed.
