PERFITHERM 45 NH3

A PERFITHERM Scraped Surface Heat Exchanger model 45 has increased cooling capacity with Ammonia (NH3) Medium.

The PFTM 45 NH3 has fully polished finish on the product side ensures long uptime and shorter CIP times . It will be used for a cooling application with various viscous products, including Mashed Potato.

The PERFITHERM range goes from 0.5m² to 7.0m² and can be used on most of the applications with or without product pieces, performing a gentle handling and low pressure drops on a very small footprint.
