A Cooling Station for bolognese sauce with meat pieces, ready to be shipped.

The system counts with a PERFITHERM Scrapped Surface Heat Exchanger and a insulated buffer tank with stirring for homogeneous product maintenance.

The feeding to the filling lines will be controlled by masic flowmeter and performed by a circunferential piston pump. The fully automatic unit is CIP ready and counts with is own CIP return setup.

A “ready-to-work" concept to be installed at a major ready meals factory, with full integration to systems from the PERFIPROCESS range.
